Our Social Distancing and Cleaning Policies

DHS and FAA security restrictions prevent us from offering Airport services.

Due to COVID-19 concerns, we will only offer contactless doorstep delivery & pick up. For the safety of both customers and staff we will no longer offer setup & take down service. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

CONTACTLESS DELIVERIES

All rented items will be left at the front or rear door of your rental house. Items will be wrapped in clear waterproof bags if rain is in the forecast. On check out day, simply put all rental items back outside where we left them for you when you arrived.

For crib deliveries, someone must be at the home to receive the delivery, but we will not come inside the house and we will maintain social distance of at least 6’ and wear a facial mask and gloves; we will contact you the day before your delivery to confirm the delivery time. Same process applies when we pick the crib up and you will need to have it waiting outside of the house for us at the scheduled pick-up time. Cribs are on wheels, fold flat, no assembly required, but weigh about 50-60 pounds and you will be responsible for moving them into and out of your rental house.

FABRIC CLEANING

Fabric materials (sheets, towels, blankets, removable car seat coverings, high chair pads, and all other porous materials) are commercially washed in hot water and dried at high heat. Commercial laundry detergents are used. We clean everything, including the delivery bags that we use to deliver your rental items. After the wash/dry process, clean fabrics are wrapped in plastic in individual sets and delivered back to our warehouse, where they will sit in a holding area for 72 hours before being available for the next rental.

EQUIPMENT CLEANING

All equipment is thoroughly disinfected and sanitized between each use with products approved by the CDC. We have instituted a three-step process for cleaning and sanitizing non-porous equipment (including crib mattresses) to ensure product safety prior to it going out for a reservation:

  1. Equipment quarantine – After item is picked up from a rental, that item is stored in a separate building away from clean equipment and untouched for 72 hours, before moving on to step #2 of the cleaning process.
  2. All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned with Soap and Water.
  3. All surfaces are thoroughly sprayed with Surface Disinfectant Spray and then allowed to dry.
